Hi!
I have a problem here.. may not be the right place to post it, since I'm new here.. I had kept my laptop running overnight for alarm (since the phone alarm isn't enough to wake me up :/). when I came back in the morning, I noticed that my laptop was showing its lock screen. When I checked the reliability monitor, I noticed that my laptop had blue screened..
I have an Intel Core-i5 3317U processer, 6GB RAM
Details of the blue screen (which I couldn't understand :( ) have been given below-

Solution
not easily from that info, but we can be ready for next time
Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop

Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows

Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
