1| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
2| Speaking of motherboard's, can you please list your full system's specs?
3| You can try and use repair install and see if the issue is averted.
On that note, how long has the issue been with you?

I've had the issues for a while since November 2016 but got worse since February this year

My specs are:

MSI GT72S 6QE Dominator Pro G
Intel Core i7-6820HK @ 2.70GHz Turbo speed @ 3.60GHz (never overclocked it)
2 x 16GB DDR4 RAM I don't know what model is inside
NVidia GeForce GTX 980M
2 x 256GB NVMe SSD as RAID 0 boot drive
1TB 7200RPM HDD
Windows 10 Anniversary update 1511 build 14393

BIOS version E1782MS.114 28/01/2016

I haven't tried any repair install yet
