Hello, so as the title says, i have gotten two bsods while i was away from my pc and i don't really understand the reason why. But apparently, both of them has to do with something called envirtahci.sys+16d1c . which i don't know what that means.

this dump is for the bsod that happened this morning at 7:05am https://www.mediafire.com/file/es11iqh3hrnxhyn/091019-11703-01.dmp/file

and this one at 4:24 pm https://www.mediafire.com/file/g7ybzqq6su2ln5v/091019-9500-01.dmp/file

thank you all for the help

have you ever had any Asus?

Have you ever used 3rd party driver updaters?

download and run autoruns - Use it to stop the asus drivers. Its possible the 2nd one is the RGB for your motherboard but top is way out. - all it does is stops drivers from running at startup, if they are needed by anything they will be started - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

i don't know if that monect.sys is tied to the mouse driver. Could stop it as well.

Have you got a remote control for your PC?

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/xCbl.html

File information:091019-9500-01.dmp (Sep 10 2019 - 16:23:36)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007E)
Driver warnings:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for envirtahci.sys
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 9 Hour(s), 18 Min(s), and 46 Sec(s)

File information:091019-11703-01.dmp (Sep 10 2019 - 07:03:32)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007E)
Driver warnings:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for envirtahci.sys
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 15 Hour(s), 08 Min(s), and 31 Sec(s)

Comment: The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner)

BIOS info was not included in the 1st dump file. This can sometimes mean an outdated BIOS is being used. This doesn't mean you should update (just yet). Wait for more info.

This information can be used by others to help you. I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Is GPU from Asus? Only ask as you have ASio.sys running and its an Asus utility and may not work well on a Gigabyte board. It is used to change values on GPU but can also do CPU. BUt as far as we know, only on Asus motherboards.

It is part of GPU Tweak 2

not sure what this is but 2013 is too old for win 10
