Windows 10 but old windows is in hard drive

I just got my 1070, SSD and windows 10 installed at a PC shop.

My programs were deleted but they are still all in the D: drive (my hard drive) and so is my old windows 7. Anyone know what's going on?
Like my plugins, programs and everything is gone, is this because it's a new OS?

With a new OS, yes...all your original stuff is gone.
Especially if you let this happen:
"and windows 10 installed at a PC shop"

How did they install it? You (nor we) have no idea.

The applications may still live on the D drive, but the new OS knows nothing about them.
They all need to be reinstalled.

Impossible to recommend, because we have no idea what the "PC shop" did.

With this Win 10 install...did they also give you the license key and an install DVD?
Where did this OS come from?
