Windows 10 can't detect HDD on Installation

Hi i have a laptop (Samsung NP300 E5C-S03GR) its original OS is Windows 8, i long ago dual booted with windows 7. But in the process i deleted the windows 8 and converted the disk to MBR because i was unable to install Windows 7, then i installed windows 8 again and i was in legacy BIOS after all this.... Long story short i upgraded to Windows 10. Today i want to clean install windows 10 with UEFI. So i downloaded it burned it to DVD because for some reason my USB is unable to boot (it was booting before i used it a LOT) and when i press install now it prompts me with and error like "Drive not found to install windows" and then the screen with "select drive to install windows" is empty my HDD is now shown.

Now, within the diskpart i see it I Tried:

select disk 0 (my hdd)
clean
create partition primary
active
format fs=ntfs quick
exit
exit
and nothing happened same problem Now im trying

clean all (it is in that process right now as i write this)
convert gpt
create partition primary
select partition 1
active
format fs=ntfs
assign
exit
exit
What do you think should i do? Help me please and if you can explain why this is happening?Thanks!

Start the Windows 10 install
At the main menu, select Repair your computer
Click Troubleshoot
Click Command Prompt.
In the command prompt, navigate to the Sources folder
Launch the setup.exe in the SOURCES folder, not from the root.
You will be able to see your HD.

you shouldn't need to do any of that as win 10 generally prefers to install to a blank disk anyway

you could run http://www.dban.org/ and wipe drive completely
