Windows 10 creators update didn't show up

Hi

So far I didn't receive the creators update for Windows 10.
How can I know if there's a reason for that and what is the reason?
I know certain types of CPUs won't get it but I don't have the problematic CPU.

I know I can download it manually but I prefer not to force it.

Also, I installed Windows 10 when it was free for Windows 7 users, what should I do if I want to install it from scratch? What serial key should I use? Where can I find it?

So even though I have enterprise edition, downloading the creators update will work and activate itself?
I might as well create the bootable/installation media instead, no?

Completely unknown.
It may not upgrade, and unactivate itself.

This is a possible outcome. Be prepared to call Microsoft if it does not auto-activate.

Usually when someone buys a license of Windows (7 for example), the license is only for 1 computer?
When he upgraded (for free) to Windows 10, he only have 1 license of it?

I understand that creators update is not for me, am I stuck now with this version with no option to eve re-install it (without creators update)?

If I were in your shoes I would make the clean install of Windows 10 home edition and I would be prepared to call Microsoft. They are very understanding and usually work with their customers very well.

Everything should work out good.
