windows 10 delay in login screen help please

hey, my laptop screen turns off at random times when playing games .the computer is still on but the screen is off which forces me to turn off by pressing power button. now it wont load past the windows 10 loading screen . it keeps flashing between a black screen and a loading screen with cursor . same situation in safe mode. need help
