windows 10 does not see usb smartphone

Dell D830 win7Ultimate 64 worked fine with USB smartphone E4001 medion, that was connected by usb wire.
Updated to windws10 pro and phone does not show in drive list, although the phone gets loaded via usb and show the usb pictogram in the left upper corner of the phone.

I look out for advice thank you

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Updates, install all updates available.
- Next is to uninstall/reinstall the USB driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the USB driver.
- Reboot your PC after uninstalling the driver and it should reinstall the driver automatically after the reboot.
- After it finished installing do test it again.
