Windows 10 Doesn't Boot

I turned my PC on yesterday and it goes straight to "Diagnosing Your PC" and never stops I've tried using safe mode but my motherboard doesn't allow it. Any ideas?

Something got corrupted, do you have a bootable W10 CD or USB ?

I let it sit for six hours and I used an old backup and now it seems fine
