Question Windows 10 doesn't update to Windows 11 ?

Hey!

I have been trying to update to Windows 11, but with no luck. I wanted to clean install Windows 10 a few months ago, and since then, when it tries to update to Windows 11, the PC just restarts and boots up Windows 10 again. I used to have Windows 11 before, so it's not a hardware issue.
I hope someone has an idea why.

Does your PC meet the requirements? Have you enabled TPM?

It does, i had Win 11 before i reinstalled Win 10. I'm unsure what TPM is and how to enable it.

After running tpm.msc it displays "The TPM is ready for use."

Didn't work, after downloading and installing Win11, then restarting the PC, it booted up to Win10 again.

Truth is, i don't really know how to do it, i have a Win 10 DVD that i used to reinstall. I tried to make a Windows USB before, but i couldn't. I'm also not familiar how the license works. Would my Win10 key work on Win11 if i manage to clean install it?

Create windows install USB media, boot from it and install.
WIndows 10 and 11 licenses are cross compatible.
