Windows 10 downloaded AMD Driver. Now AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition is NOT working?

The message says

"AMD Software Adrenalin Edition Warning.

The version of AMD Software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver."

Apparently sometime today, Windows 10 automatically INSTALLED (i am NOT sure when it was downloaded), an AMD graphics driver.

If i uninstall the AMD graphics driver downloaded by Windows 10, what will the effect be? Will you computer display suddenly stop working? Did the Windows 10 installation of the AMD driver, also uninstall the AMD Adrenalin Edition driver? If i uninstall the Windows 10 AMD driver, will i have to reinstall the AMD Adrenalin Edition driver? Or is the driver still there? Will uninstalling the Windows 10 driver, cause the screen to stop working? Will i have to restart the computer? Or will the AMD Adrenalin Edition driver (presuming it is STILL installed), will the driver simply switch without problem?

You're advised to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode using DDU, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Moved thread from Displays section to Graphics Cards section.

What is your PC's configuration ?
Where from and which Adrenalin driver did you download ?

I have no clue what DDU is. Also, would not just deleting the Windows 10 driver that was downloaded, fix the problem? Unless the Windows 10 driver ALSO removed the AMD Adrenalin driver when installing?
