Jun 11 2018e1i65x64.sysIntel(R) Gigabit Adapter driver

latest on Gigabyte website is 21 June 2019 (it is always possible it is the same driver, they have been known to just use old sys files)

Nov 14 2017RTKVHD64.sysRealtek Audio System driver https://www.realtek.com/en/

Gigabyte website shows latest as 10th Dec 2019 - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K5-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-audio

you may have newest chipset driver, its hard to tell from dates alone.

Unlikely to...

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://scantierclumberspaniel.htmlpasta.com/

File information:050420-7109-01.dmp (May 4 2020 - 16:40:59)
Bugcheck:DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (D1)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 06 Min(s), and 09 Sec(s)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K5-rev-1x#kf
You have the latest BIOS already installed as you said, version F50a.

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Unlikely to be GPU since you used both amd & Nvidia.

dump isn't specific enough to tell driver name but IRQ errors often caused by old drivers.

i can't read the dumps but looking at your last crash, if it isn't caused by either of the drivers we replaced, all the other drivers on PC are from AMD.

There might be a newer chipset driver on here, its hard to tell as all I have is dates. the newest AMD driver on your system is from May 2019, newest on here from July - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K5-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-chipset

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

switching gpu mid week confused me for a 2nd, wondered if it was a different PC

wonder what this is, only seen it one other time in the last 2 weeks - nvrtxvad64v.sys. its part of the nvidia drivers, it appears to be the audio driver
I dont think its problem, just an unidentified driver on our conversion software

So it wasn't the AMD drivers and it wasn't the sound/LAN... there are no drivers left

Did you run memtest?

Problem with adding newer drivers into mix that weren't there when you got last error is, I don't know if perhaps it is one of them that caused IRQ error. I assume you downloaded GHub last week so it should be latest drivers.

I am indecisive about whether this is a hardware problem or drivers. We basically replaced all drivers but one error said it was a driver and other less certain.

Who made the ram? The system is just showing

3733 C17 Series
which doesn't tell me anything. It could be corsair as that is part of a model number of some of their ram... Ryzen systems really picky about ram, especially if it isn't on the test list - now fun part is working out which list you would ue as your CPU is a Matisse and its not on here - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K5-rev-1x/support#support-doc

try running this and i see if i can anything from the system (run in English if you can) - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/pages/bsodcollectionapp/

i borrowed another motherboard from a friend and now everything seems fine. Its a B450 GAMING X. The ram is 16 GB Patriot Viper Steel DDR4-3733 CL 17 kit. The question remains is this a motherboard related issue or a driver one. I will reinstall the old motherboard and run the programm

or a ram issue. if the ram isn't listed on motherboard it can be cause too

Patriot Viper Steel Series DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3733MHz PC4-29800 Dual Memory Kit - PVS416G373C7K

I don't see that speed supported by motherboard -
Support for DDR4 3200(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2667* / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules
* Support for higher than DDR4 2667 MHz may vary by CPU.

I don't see anything above 3200 on charts.

its odd cpu is supported but no memory listing, its possible there could be a bios update that fixes it later.

gigabyte now show the max speed the chips run at in a new column on the memory charts. So whereas this
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_b450-gaming-x_matisse.pdf shows max speed of 3600, the older charts on the AX370 don't show max speed, only native - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K5-rev-1x/support#support-doc which might be why i didn't see anything near your speed. Also, as I said, there is no MAtisse chart on that memory list which makes it impossible?

So ram might be fine, although 3733 might still be a little fast for it.
