I have a dual boot system with Windows 10 and Windows 7.
Windows was not launching after installing modded AMD drivers, so I deleted the drivers and driverstore folders in system32 using command prompt by mistake.
So how can I get the Windows 10 drivers folder back?

Solution
reinstall is only way, you can delete some drivers from store if you want but you can't recreate it without a reinstall.

I tried to reset, but the windows 10 boot manager won't start properly, and using a usb doesn't give me the option to reset, I have no system restore point.

might need to clean install win 10... are they both on same drive? (7 & 10 I mean)
likely deleting driver store doesn't help the reset process.

so you have an installer?
can you access the files on win 10 from win 7? I would copy anything over you want to save
If you can't
  • on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
  • choose troubleshoot
  • choose advanced
  • choose command prompt
  • type notepad and press enter
  • in notepad, select file>open
  • Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd
I would clean install win 10. At least it should add itself to win 7 boot loader so that is one thing
follow this guide: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

I don't know if it will fix the win 7 boot loader.
