Hi. My computer won't display 1920x1080 resolution. I've checked for updates on the drivers, uninstalled them so they would reinstall but nothing happened. I typed "dxdiag" in the run tab to find my graphics card but all it said was Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, the same thing it says in Device Manager. It's extremely annoying trying to use windows with a stretched screen. please help!

If you are using the Enterprise edition, this means that most likely you have a local IT department in your company. Has 1080p worked before on this particular monitor? What type of monitor is it? What connections are you using (HDMI, DVI, etc)? What resolution does Windows recommend (i.e. 1280x720 (Recommended))?

1080p has worked before on this monitor, but that was awhile ago. It's an Acer monitor, don't know the model, and it's connected with a VGA cable. Windows doesn't recommend any resolutions. I tried them all and they're all horrible.

Since you got enterprise windows 10, ask your IT support.

You missed my first statement. Your local IT department. Maybe they pushed some updates to your system. Also, a lot of settings will say "This may be controlled by your system admin." First, I would go to your IT department. Consumers really don't use the Enterprise edition..all they have is Home and Pro.
