Well I don't know how to say this but, It's making me crazy

I've been encountering this problem around 2 days ago, I didn't install any 'inappropriate' software a.k.a pirated software lately, but somehow it happens while I was working on my project duh. I've tried to reinstall the app that got the error (Discord, opera, etc) but still got the 0xc0000005 error, then the problems spread into steam, and the game. The Steam launcher looks pretty long to load the software than it used to be. I can't start the game because it'll always ask for a file verification error, and if I launch the game it'll be very laggy

What I try to fix this :
  • run SFC /Scannow on cmd
  • Reinstall the software
  • turned off the DEP
  • Clean Format the HDD
  • Stress test on my RAM (The result shows that the ram is normal)
  • Fresh install of Windows 20H2 Build 19042 (It'll be normal at the beginning, but the error will come after several restarts/stand by for few hours)
My Spec :
Pentium G4560
Maxsun H110 D4 turbo m.2
4gb ddr4 Bulldozer (yeah you know it from the brand where it comes from)
Zotac GTX 1050 2gb
