Windows 10 event help.

Hello, just recently my screen will go black for a second or two and then come back, it produces an event ID but no errors. The event is the following:
A caller specified the SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION flag in a call to the SetDisplayConfig() API

I havent a clue what this is or why its happening, anyone able to give me some insight?

My first guess would be the monitor cable.

If you can replace the cable, monitor or both see what happens.

Otherwise you can try DDU then reinstall the video drivers but I don't think that will help (could be other issue too just don't know):

Unfortunatly cant change monitor as i have no spares, but i will try a different HDMI - i heard that its not wise really to use HDMI is that true?.
I was thinking it maybe the drivers as it started happing after a new update, but around 20 days later. And im not seeing any windows updates any later than the 8th of last month.
