Windows 10 Explorer crash, HELP!

Hey, i have this problem where when i right click or do just about anything it will crash.
(Also i dont know why my icons on the taskbar isnt showing)

(I use Winodws 10 AntiVirus)

Have you scanned the system for viruses and malware? I would suggest installing the free version of Malwarebytes and scanning your system.

When you say "Windows 10 Antivirus, are you talking about Windows Defender built i? Or software called that? I see that you have emulators and ROMS.... And some other software I haven't seen before, and looks like another piece of software for the animated background. I would consider running malware-bytes or something, and uninstalling the software for the animated background. Most likely a virus.

The animated background is Wallpaper Engine on steam, its not a virus.

I downloaded and scanned my system, it did find something but it didnt work, it still crashes :/
