Windows 10 Explorer Restarting Constantly, Solution please!!!

my taskbar keeps restarting constantly after every certain time. how to solve this problem??

Try checking task manager and see if anything is using up too much CPU or anything else. If it works just post here and confirm.

Run crystaldiskinfo adn post back a picture of teh results.

The re-indexing one was what solved it for me.
