I have a brand new PC build here are the Specs
CPU: Intel I7-9700k
MOBO: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC
RAM: 16 GB (2 x 8GB) of Corsair Vengence LPX DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
Storage: 1 Samsung EVO 970 Plus series 500GB 1 Samsung EVO 870 1TB
OS: Windows 10
I can operate the BIOS fine and go through the install process of windows 10. Once I get to the Stage after I select which drive to use I get to the "getting files ready section"

it fails with the error 0x80070570 Windows cannot install required files the file may be corrupt or missing make sure all files required for installation are available.

I have tried quite a bit to get it working nothing seems to help.

I have tried installing from legacy or UEFI boot options. I have tried installing intel rapid storage drivers at the disk selection part of the install. I have tried installing to both drives and neither work. I have flashed my motherboard to the latest bios version.

Also after the install fails when I go back and try again the drive is partitioned into a couple different parts.

Really could use any help =)

Well that seems to have worked. Feel kinda stupid that I didn't think there could be something wrong with the USB drive I got. Anyway thanks alot for the help much appreciated!
