Question Windows 10 fails boot up on mobo splash

Hi! I’m having a problem installing windows 10. I downloaded the media creation tool from another computer into a USB and plugged it in my computer. I launch from the USB in bios and I get to the windows installation screen, click next then it begins downloading. On the third stage, my computer restarts, and instead of going back to the windows download, it goes to my mobo splash screen with the spinning loading circle and the circle freezes after about 10 seconds. Any help would be appreciated, this is a pain in the arse. Asus Rog strix Z390-F geforce gtx 1080 I7-8700k 32gb DDR4 3200 ram H100i pro cooler Corsair 750 watt psu Everything spins in my computer and works like it should, just having problems when it comes to installing windows Oh and my storage is a 500gb Samsung evo 970 NVMe.2

take it down to basic setup.

Tried that, got to windows 10 installation again, and after reboot my mobo screen loading white dots froze again

Is your bios setup to boot in UEFI (or CSM) mode?
