Windows 10 fps drop in Fallout New Vegas

When I had windows 8.1 I never had an fps issue with the game. Now with windows 10 the game will go from a solid 60 fps to dropping low. Is this a hardware issue or is it a problem with Windows 10?

i also seem to have FPS drop in game eg wolfenstein old blood.from 60fps in win 7 to 25 in win 10 same exact settings.latest drivers.maybe nvidia has to work on their drivers more.

Well let's start with the make and model of all your components and the settings of the games you're having issues with.

From your PM, it's obvious your computer meets the requirement for FallOut NLV. Really there's not much I can suggest. It's a driver/OS issue. I've read multiple threads since the Windows 10 release where people have complained about performance changes since updating to W10. My suggestion would be to search the W10 forums. Really Google is going to be your ally here.
