Hello there,
I've got a brand new, whole computer bought in the past week, and I have some weird crahes one in a while. It happens mostly 2-3 times a week, and pretty annoying.
Once it happened when I started a game, then it happened when I used Alt + Tab.
I am linking the dump files required, please help me break down the problem. -> I use the latest drivers, tried to reinstall them, and my comp had been memory and GPU tested.
System specifications:
· OS - Windows 10 - 1909 version, OS build: 18363.778
· It is a 64 bit system.
· The OS is a full retail version
· The computer is 2-3 weeks old
· The OS is 2-3 weeks old, havent reinstalled it yet.
· It's a PC:
· CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.60GHz AM4 BOX Wraith Prism RGB LED cooler
· Video Card: SAPPHIRE 11293-03-40G RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 NITRO+ PCIE (ö1)
· MotherBoard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (ö1)
· Power Supply - brand & wattage: CORSAIR RMi Series RM650i 650W (ö1)
· Memory: 2x HyperX 16GB Fury RGB DDR4 3733MHz CL19 HX437C19FB3A/16 (ö1)
Sadly the last crash didn't create a dump file, here are the information from event viewer:
Event name: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 193
Service pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1
OS version 10.0.18363.2.0.0.768.101
Local ID: 1038
Any help is appreciated, I am kinda curious if it's a hardware defect?? or possibly a driver.
PS.: is it possible that an external hardware is causing it to crash? (mouse, keyboard, headset, audio device? -> my last computer had crashes as well, but everything is new apart from these hardwares)
Thanks and here are some links for the dump files and system specs:
