What is the problem as sometimes my open windows can freeze for a second, also the taskbar may get stuck and become unresponsive. The Windows was installed like 3 months ago. Why is this happening? Any ideas why this happens on a good system? It should be fast as lightning... I wouldn't want to reinstall the Windows as I don't think it's the issue here. Also, checked for corrupted files, none were found.

System specs:
Windows 10 64-bit
- latest updates are installed as I check for new updates almost daily and it says no new updates available.
MSI Z490-A Pro
- latest BIOS updated
Intel i9 10850K
- default settings on BIOS
16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
- XMP Profile active
GTX 1060 6 GB
- latest drivers
SSD 500 GB (M.2 / PCI-E, high-speed)
PSU 750W

brand and model of the psu?
how full is the ssd?
what eh cpu/gpu temp ?
malware scan the system?
I've ran many malware/virus scans to get no detections. Nothing is buggin' the CPU or anything, it just feels weird... and sometimes laggy on Windows. SSD is only using like 50 % of capacity. I haven't noticed anything that should cause this. My PSU has 4-pin plug for the CPU, is that enough? Also, CPU temps run around 50-60 max. load and GPU barely hits over 70.
