My Windows 10 is freezing randomly (with some buzz noise). It just locks everything and nothing works until I restart the PC.

In the windows eventlog, I see this error at the time of shut down.

The RstMwService service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Is this causing the system freeze? MY PC was freezing before installing this Intel Rapid Storage Technology. But at that time there was no any error in the windows event viewer.

I can see the in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Package Cache\{409CB30E-E457-4008-9B1A-ED1B9EA21140}\Driver\x64

Also I can see that Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology service is running (and set as Automatic).

I am using this hardware:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B150M-DS3H-CF
Hard drive (OS): Samsung SSD 850 EVO 1TB
Hard drive (Secondary): Seagate ST2000DM001 2TB SATA
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

Please help, how can i figure out what is causing this and how can I fix it?
