I've searched a couple posts that entail windows 10 freezing/locking up but have found no answer to my problem specifically. Mostly when I play World of Warcraft but also when browsing reddit or sometimes nothing at all, the computer will: lock up, keyboard and mouse stop functioning, tried numlock and wont affect if light is on or off, if it is playing a sound, youll hear the sound stop (not sure how to explain, it kind just draws the last second of the sound into some garbled noise), and then the computer will require a reboot to fix the problem.
Here are some files, I also compiled a bunch of errors I found in my event viewer for 6am-6:40pm, in which my PC froze multiple times, hopefully these help.

EDIT: This google drive folder contains an event viewer file, a .nfo MSconfig, and a DXDiag file.
some additional info, I have a light on the top of my pc that indicates disk usage I think? it stops working the instant the computer freezes, I also believe my main drive to be spiraling into its death, but the SMART test in command prompt didn't say anything was wrong with it.
I should be able to answer any questions I didn't answer here, so please if you need, ask.
