Windows 10 freezing when minimizing fullscreen games

Whenever I minimze a fullscreen game, the tab of the game(just a line of text)stays at the top left corner and i have to wait around 20s for it to dissapear and then to be able to use windows, it wasn't like that before, but I haven't installed any programs recently, I really don't have idea what may be causing this

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to disable some Microsoft programs from your startup and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If it will not work, do uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the GPU.
- Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Reboot the PC once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.
