So.. recently windows 10 has been freezing up on me.. it would be like my CPU was at 100% load you could hover over stuff but not click anything or if you could nothing would happen. it would be usually when i was booting up a game.. however now it freezes when i'm doing ANYTHING such as watching you-tube or anything, i thought it was my RAM, so i replaced it but the problem still persists, i have run a full virus scan, and a boot time scan however no issues were found so i have no idea what is going on.. i thought maybe it was my hard drive however i have changed that too and it is still doing it.
