hi guys. i use to use windows 7 for a long time. recently upgraded to windows 10. didn't really like it before but so many things recommend and only play on windows 10 🙁
so heres my problem usually it'll freeze at some point when i either go to work or i'm sleeping (not using it) pc itself is still on. but can't do anything literally frozen i can see the everything as it was but can't move mouse or ctrl+alt+del.
once in a while it would randomly freeze when i'm doing stuff but rarely.
thought maybe it was my ssd or psu based on some research. before i did that i was getting some bluescreen of death when starting up. (Only starting up into windows) some of them were

attempted write to readonly memory
error ntfs file.
apc_index_mismatch
kernal security check failure.

my specs are

Amd fx 8350 no overclock
Aero GTX 1070
MSI 970 Motherboard
Kingston 960 gb SSD (New One)
Samsung Evo 850 SSD (Old One)
GameMax Power Supply 850W
Seagate IronWolf 4TB NAS x2
Ballistics 8gb DDR3 X2
RipJaws X 8gb DDR3 x2

haven't gotten any BSOD with the new PSU but it still froze and i was just browsing on chrome. and listening to music on youtube.

any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Side note i was watching my cpu temp before it was around 40-50 degrees now with the new PSU it's around 13-15 degrees
oh i also cloned my OS from the samsung ssd to the Kingston one.

UPDATE
this is for other people who are having the same issue.
after doing more research and doing multiple clean installs of windows 10 (different versions)
i came to the conclusion it was my ballistics 8gb ddr3 ram since they were the older ram chipsets I used in a older build and
just transferred to the new build. didn't do a memtest but removed both of them and pc is working fine so far 24hours and no freezes.

hope this helps out someone else.

don't know why it was fine with windows 7 and glitchy with windows 10 guess windows 10 uses more ram.
