Say I have a question with regards to the Windows 10 Full Version Download.

Will I be able to download this on my current PC and then put on a USB drive and put on my new PC that will be using an M2 drive SSD?

Yes. Be sure your old system is the same bit level as the new one. 32bit or 64bit.
It probably is.

Are you sure you need Win 10 Pro, rather than regular Win 10? Big price difference.
