Hey, short little thread here, I just watched a quick video on the OEM version of Windows 10 and decided that I didn't want to put it into my new system, I want Windows 10, but the full version, not the OEM version. Could someone post a link to one in the comments? I want either a Digital Download or a Disk for it, not a Flash Drive. Also, somewhere reputable please. I've heard of Kinguin from the video, but I think it might be a little bit sketchy. Thank you for your help 🙂

64 bit too, please 🙂

UPDATE: I've found this link, but is it the Full Version instead of the OEM/System Builder?: https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Windows-Home-Flash-Drive/dp/B01019T6O0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1479015920&sr=8-2&keywords=Windows+10+full+version+disk

Yes, I am willing to pay the extra for the Full Version, please don't question my ways xD

Windows 10 does not fit on a CD, you have to use a DVD. In that case you must first download and install Rufus and then just use Rufus to put Windows 10 on a DVD. Just follow the directions at the link that I provided in my last post.

Is that just a code you get from them, like the activation code, or how would you go upon installing that?

You need that code but you also need the full ISO which you can download here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO/

So I would like write down the code but I'd put the ISO on a Flash Drive?

You will need the code, it will probably arrive in an email. Very smart idea to write it down.

The ISO you download and then put it onto a DVD or a USB stick. If you put it on a USB stick you will need to create a bootable drive, you can use Rufus for that;

So like if I went with a blank CD to put it on, how would I put it onto the CD?

Oh alright, thank you :)

I can confirm that if you buy from Microsoft, they will indeed send you the authorization code in an email. I printed out the email and scanned it and saved it as a pdf file in case the email gets deleted.

When I first installed Windows 8, I did the installation fully online (had a fast internet connection at my office, and that is where I built the computer). Since then I have downloaded the iso file for Windows 8 32 bit and 64 bit and burned to DVDs in case I ever want to do a clean install.

Ah alright, thank you!
