this thing happening randomly for a year now. it stops for 3months completely but come back again to haunt me.
Windows 10 (22H2, 19045, 3448 updated to 4529) freezes in between my work and refuse to let go. all inputs will freeze too. video playing on vlc that will cont in background. however i cant interact with os.
i have to shut down from power button.
event viewer shows many events. eg. display, distibuted com, time service, igfx.Critical Errors such as , Remote Access, Edge update service(never used edge)
so far i have tried.
1. tried to update or reinstall intel graphics driver
2. no new software was install before freeze started
3. cleaned pc and reconnect all the wires.
4 . checked hard drive health with crystaldisk all good.
5. check with sfc it shows error one time and repaired it. but after it coming clean, while the problems continues.
6. checked RAM with memtest86, got pass as a result.
7. switched ram slots, and now trying one stick at a time.
8. turnd off C states in BIOS
9. tried clean boot method.
10. since its asus motherboars uninstalled Ai Suite III too, but no diff.
reading forums threads for guidance but out of wits now.. help please.

16 GB ddr4 ram, 2133mhz,
no graphics card,
2 SSD, 1 boot, 1 storage
1HDD 1TB,
wireless mouse (teknet) and keyboard( logitech)
