Question Windows 10 insider 10.0.18342.8 (19h1_release) error cannot install

Hello everyone 2 weeks ago i got a windows update 10.0.18342.8 (19h1_release) i am enrolled to windows insider program. So my issue is that i cannot install the update. Look at the pictures below. It does not say why it cannot install it there is no error code i literally cannot do nothing. I clicked the "why im i seeing this" and it did not help.

What can i do to fix this error? i cannot find the exact error on the internet and find a fix
