While installing windows 10 on a new pc with no current operating system I accidentally clicked upgrade existing operating system instead of the custom install option for a fresh install. Now I'm getting a blue screen of death with the stop code oxc000021a. Is there any way to restart the install so I can choose the right install setting?

Solution
Turns out the media was corrupted on the flash included with the windows 10. I downloaded the windows 10 ISO off the website on a different flash drive and used that, fixed the problem!

I am assuming you have a USB drive or a disc with the software on it. If so, while going through the initial startup, you should see a screen that says "boot menu" or something to that effect, similar to the "press Delete to enter BIOS." That will allow you to choose the drive/disc with the install media in it. That should allow you to start over.
