Windows 10 Installation Black screen on new pc

I just built my pc and i tried to isntall windows. It boots to the usb but after the windoes logo loads it turns into a black screen. I tried the usb on a different pc and it worked. That PC was using BIOS my current new rig uses UEFI/Legacy.

How long did you wait at the black screen?

It stayed there. I waited like 5 to 10 mins and did a hard reset. Kept happening. I also burned the usb using Rufus

Hmm odd. The same usb drive with the same file worked on another computer but not that one? Could be the hard drive, is it new? Or old? I would try putting that hard drive in another pc and see if it will install, if it does then you know its something else, if not then its the hard drive.

Dang it lol. I just bought it used on classifieds. Ill try it when i get home.
