I tried to upgrade my Windows 10 (from 21h1 to 22h2) using an iso file from the Windows media creation tool, which was downloaded from the official Microsoft website and mounted with PowerISO. Then, I ran the setup.exe file. It did all the stuff as normal, and then after it had completed the 100% installation, it showed that "it will automatically reboot my PC," but instead, it just showed "Windows 10 installation has failed" Like this.

I have already tried using System File Checker, Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM), clean boot, turning off windows defender (I don't even have any third party antivirus), Using another admin account(Note: When I create a new user account it does not show anywhere except for safe mode and windows settings also when I try to login in new user in safe mode it just show a black screen and flickering taskbar. When I tried to create a new user recently, it showed me this error.

After that, the issue of disappearing user accounts started. I also tried updating Windows with settings and Windows 10 update assistant, and it just shows the error 0x8007001f
I have also tried these commands as Administrator in CMD

net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

net start msiserver
chkdsk C: /f /r
