Windows 10 Installation Issue

I'm trying to reinstall Windows after a BSOD. Somewhere during the process I'm told to restart but every time I do that I get back to the blue screen and have to start the process again.

hard drives probly packed up had this issue before when a hard drive dies to 10. Try a reinstall on a fresh drive my first bit of advise as 10 has a tendancy to kill older hard drives.

Have you tried to change the boot order immediately after the restart? If you installed or repaired from a USB that would be expected on older systems.
