So I recently built myself a little custom built desktop in order to run games somewhat better than I originally did. All was looking good at first, however, once I finished building my desktop and tried to install windows 10, it kept giving me a 0x80070002 error at around 65% to 75% stating files were missing.

I have spent days trying to solve this and I am on the verge of giving up now, any ideas?

Solution
some options:

1) verify system memory www.memtest86.com (run for a full pass)

2) create new W10 install media

3) test HDD in another computer (use Seatools, then DST, if that passes do full diagnostic which takes hours)
