[SOLVED] Windows 10 is checking disk at every startup

Hello. Since yesterday my computer is checking disk at every start up. It started happening after power cut 3-4 times yesterday. Normally my computer was starting in 4 seconds now it takes about 1 moment. Nothing changes when I skip or not. I only have Samsung 980 Pro M2 SSD and it is 7 months old. When I check for dirty bits in cmd it says C is dirty.

Before I had the same problem but after I take my computer back from technical service for another issue, it was fixed. I don't think my SSD is broken or faulty.

I don't want to simply disabling disk checking. Is there a way to fix this problem completely without mess with regedit or delete something important ?
