[SOLVED] Windows 10 keeps rebooting at loading screen

My windows 10 PC just reboots when starting up just after the windows logo and spinning cirlcle appears. I've swapped the RAM and Hard drive and the issue remains. This also happens when I try a bootable windows 10 usb.

I left the computer for a few hours and tried again and it got to the logon screen and just after I logged on it restarted again.

I've tried most of the options in the advanced startup menu and the furthest I got was to the logon screen using low res setting but then again it restarted

Is it possible for the integrated graphics can be causing this problem as I am using the integrated graphics on this PC instead of a graphics card

what are the specs of the PC? Is it a laptop or desktop?

can you get into safe mode?
on the logon screen, click the power button in bottom right
while holding left shift, click restart button
this restarts PC in windows recovery
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose startup options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

does it still restart?

Its an i7 desktop PC, 8GB ram, integrated display

It restarts in every mode (i.e. Safe mode, when trying to repair from USB)

the integrated graphics is in the CPU.

you have bare minimum and yet PC won't stay on.

Did you make PC? Do you know what power supply it has?
