Some relevant information:
I have three hard drives: One SSD that is my C:\ Drive, and two RAID 0 1TB HDDs. I use my RAID array drives as my main drive (D:\),
I was doing some work where I needed to delete something from the C:\ Drive. It said I had insufficient privileges, so I went into the properties of my C:\ Drive and discovered that the Owner of that drive was "InstallTool". I then took ownership of the drive under my current user and after it completed I shut down. Today when I booted up, when I lifted the lock screen window, there was no UI for the login information. No username, passoword field, user picture, or anything. All I had were the power, internet, and ease of access buttons. I did a "Shift+Restart" and it made the items appear and i was able to log in. Then later I locked my computer and when I came back, same issue. I had to "Shift+Restart" again to get the fields back. Any ideas on causes or solutions?
