windows 10 media creation tool sometimes fast and sometimes soo slow why ?

2 weeks ago when I run and created a windows 10 usb
the tool downloaded and verify fast
but from 3 days
the download will get so slow when it reach 70 % then it needs maybe 15 minutes to complete
then onother 10 minutes to verify why ?

I don't any proplem to wait that long
but will the files created by that tool in my usb are 100 % good because of the long time it needs to download and verify ?

Depends on the USB drive, your internet, their servers and your computer.
There are so many factors involved.

Why is this a concern? I created my 1151 USB 3 months ago, once it was created I've used it 100 or so times.
Creating these USBs is typically a one time thing. Plus the drive still works without any issues right?
