Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/dtIc.html

File: 060418-26453-01.dmp (Jun 4 2018 - 02:02:48)
BugCheck: [MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: explorer.exe)
Uptime: 1 Day(s), 23 Hour(s), 07 Min(s), and 32 Sec(s)

Motherboard: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/RAMPAGE_IV_BLACK_EDITION/
You have the latest available BIOS installed.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

That is an unusuaul BSOD to get

Cause
A driver has called IoCompleteRequest to ask that an IRP be completed, but the packet has already been completed.

Resolution
This is a tough bug to find because the simplest case -- a driver that attempted to complete its own packet twice -- is usually not the source of the problem. More likely, two separate drivers each believe that they own the packet, and each has attempted to complete it. The first request succeeds, and the second fails, resulting in this bug check.

Tracking down which drivers in the system caused the error is difficult, because the trail of the first driver has been covered by the second. However, the driver stack for the current request can be found by examining the device object fields in each of the stack locations.

I am not sure where to even start with this one? I would start with older drivers but you only have a few released prior to 2016

Aug 22 2012 - AsIO.sys: Asus Input Output driver http://www.asus.com/
Dec 29 2012 - speedfan.sys: SpeedFan http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
May 01 2013 - WinRing0x64.sys: Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool or BatteryCare by OpenLibSys.org
Nov 05 2014 - tap0901.sys: TAP-Win32 Virtual Private Network Driver 0901 (OpenVPN by OpenVPN Technologies) https://openvpn.net/

Problem with that is ASio,sys is likely the newest version as Asus haven't updated it, Same with Speedfan. I am not sure about the next 2 though.

can't say I have seen steam drivers before
SteamStreamingSpeakers.sys - Steam Streaming Speakers driver (Valve Corporation)
SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys - Steam Streaming Microphone driver (Valve Corporation)

Thanks for your reply Colif,

The Asus, and Speedfan driver are both the newest versions like you had said so I dont belive those should be a problem. WinRing0x64.sys could be in question but I had recently went thought and updated drivers about 2 months ago using SDI. Potentially, it could be hard to find updates for that specific intel driver as the motherboard i use is somewhat obscure. The TAP driver is something PIA uses in their software for their VPN as far as im aware and im not sure how often that gets updated. Those other 2 steam drivers are for in-home streaming to a steam box on a television and are probably not installed unless you set up your computer in steam for in-home streaming. Is there any additional information you need or could use? Also, if i wanted to uninstall a specific driver, say WinRing0x64.sys, how would i go about doing that or should you only look for newer drivers to replace old ones?

thank you for your time and consideration

this seems to think that file is a virus.

How to remove it step by step?
1. Exit all problems running in your computer
2. Open Task Manager go to processes tab right-click the process and click delete
3. Clean temporary files, Temporary Internet Files and recycle bin
4. Run your antivirus program now to scan your computer thoroughly
5. After the scan, remove all detected files

If your antivirus program doesn’t remove the virus in above steps, I am afraid you should give it up and download a professional Trojan removal program called Spyhunter. Spyhunter could effectively remove winring0x64.sys and clean up registry entries avoiding further infection. Some computer users found that the Trojan could repeatedly infection their system. It is mainly due to the fact that the registry values winring0x64.sys leaves are not completely removed.

The file of WinRing0x64.sys doesnt appear in my drivers list, as a running program in task manager or anywhere i can think of. it must have just left its imprint in the registry and has yet to be completely removed. I do have malewarebytes premium and nortorn on my computer, seems unusual that something would get on my computer and go completely unnoticed.

Search your computer for the WinRing0x64.sys file. If you find it, right click on it and choose Properties then choose the Details tab. Try to identify the company who made the file or what software the file belongs to by the information provided within the properties. Sometimes that is possible, other times it is not. It's worth a try.

Please do the following to provide additional information<br>
- Go to <a href="https://www.sysnative.com/blogs/download/sysnativebsodcollectionapp-exe/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.sysnative.com/blogs/download/sysnativebsodc...</a> and download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe<br>
- Run the tool and give it approx. 10-20 minutes to finish, on some machines it may take some time<br>
- When the tool is finished, it will have created a zip file on your desktop and open the desktop folder and a file called BSODPostingInstructions.txt. Upload the zip file ton onedrive, google drive or dropbox and post a share link.
