Question Windows 10 no longer booting

My windows 10 PC is no longer booting today. Earlier, it was running slowly and chugging on opening new programs or performing commands in programs, so I went to restart it. Ever since it has not been able to boot. Currently, when I try to boot, it stays at a black screen after my mobo posts, then eventually says "diagnosing your pc." After this it brings me to the windows 10 advanced boot with the restore point and safe mode options. It had also gotten stuck on "scanning and repairing drive d" at 0% and never made any progress.

I have an AMD ryzen 1500x and an asrock fatality something.

Any symptoms lately prior to slowdowns? Could be a drive failing? Your storage drives show up correctly in UEFI? Can you provide more specs?

I wouldn't doubt that it could be my drive. Its beens a while for this one. In my uefi I can see both my c and d drives in the change order thing. Other than those, I have a gtx 1060 single fan, a 600w bronze, 8gb ddr4 2133mhz, as well as my 250gb Seagate ssd and a 2tb Toshiba hard drive.

OK. Any change in the problem? Since problem drive is D, can you disconnect if your OS is on C?
