I've been trying to install Windows 10 on an SSD but after the installation, when it reboots before configuration, the computer gets stuck on a boot screen (MSI Arsenal Gaming screen) with spinning white dots.
I've tried installing with the USB flash drive installer and also with an ISO using Rufus which I selected UEFI for. I have also tried unplugging all peripheral USB devices (mouse and keyboard). I have switched BIOS back and forth from Legacy to UEFI and made sure the flash drive was both on and off in boot priority.
I saw someone on a forum mention it could be related to GPU drivers but I don't know how to fix that.
The specs are:
MSI Tomahawk b350 Arctic
Samsung EVO 860 1TB
Nvidia GeForce 1080
