Windows 10 not booting from usb

I just put my kingston ssd 240gb harddrive into my pc and i have a windows 10 installed on my usb but when i select the usb too boot from it just shows the blie windows logo and it dosnt move on

I downloaded windows on to a usb flashdrive i put it first in the bios after that my ssd, and now it is just showing the windows logo

Start by resetting BIOS, make sure SATA is in AHCI mode, if there's safe BOOT disable it.

Should i only have my ssd or should i also have my hd in?
