Question Windows 10 not booting

Windows 10 is unable to boot anymore. I had the laptop running just before, until it froze. When i tried restarting it attempts to boot up, goes to the motherboard screen, then the screen flashes with some window open and then to blue, then freezes back on the motherboard screen.

It is an ASUS UX501V Notebook. Not sure about the age but it has Windows 10 Pro 1803 if that helps. I don’t believe the hdd failed because it booted fine just now. It just froze in the middle of using it.
