Windows 10 Not Recognizing Zotac GPU

Ever since I've updated to Windows 10 which I love dearly there is this nagging issue that I'm having. I own a low profile Graphics Card that I would love to install the drivers for but for some reason I'm getting this error when trying to install the drivers.

"The graphics driver could not find compatible hardware." I have the GPU in my motherboard but it will not recognized the darn thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just tried to install the drivers, and I got the same error.
