Windows 10 OEM Key

I'm thinking of getting windows 10 pro for my new build, but the website i'm getting it from(Kinguin) only says Windows 10 OEM KEY. So I don't know if it's just a Key or if it comes with an installer. If it doesn't come with an installer than where do I get one. You can download Windows 10 directly from Microsoft (and purchase it too).

They will provide you only the key, the ISO must be downloaded with the Windows Creation Tool which you can download from MS.

Be careful with that site, you better buy it from a known site/retailer.
