Hey,

I'm thinking of installing windows 10 in my old laptop, but i'm pretty insecure about it, i'm running windows 7 and even the chrome animations like closing tabs and opening them are choppy and a bit slow...here are the specs

Intel Pentium T2390 1.86Ghz DUALCORE
2GB RAM DDR2

Opinions?

If running win 7 do not do it until Microsoft makes it obsolete by not supporting it any more and the only if the company who made it had the drivers for it which is why I never buy another HP Zd700 laptop as 3 months after I bought my laptop with XP vista came but no drivers and before it ran out of it warranty xp was no longer supported with no drivers 2.8-GHz Pentium 4 with 2 gig of memory and a 5400 graphics card and it ran beautifully and totally could run win 7 just as well or even 10 but but so with the drivers so I had to trash it

Won't run any better or worse than Win 7.
I have Win 10 running on a similar level Toshiba laptop.

A clean install of either would probably speed things up.
