Forgive me as I am not a professional.

This seems to be an automation tool for system admin and the like to install items on PC within their network. I could be completely wrong about my interpretation of this.

First, where did you acquire this PC? Did you purchase OS for it, come with it, grey site key?

I feel sort of like running sfc/DISM might help, but once again not really sure as I have not dealt with this particular .exe

It's an HP Omen I've had for some time. It just started doing it this last week. I didn't notice anything, maybe a little bugginess, so I check the performance and it shows up as this error several times a day. I did run sfc/DISM. It did fix corrupted files. It's an official Windows 10 install with valid Microsoft key.. I have not been installing any apps or working with administrating any networks.
